Private Events Room Hire

Station House offers two flexible private spaces, perfect for celebrations, team nights, club meetings and special occasions.

Upstairs is our largest private space, comfortably hosting up to 50 guests. It features its own private bar, a large screen TV, and a full audio system, making it ideal for larger social gatherings.

Our downstairs room accommodates up to 30 guests. Alongside a large screen TV and audio system, it features two interactive professional darts lanes, perfect for team nights, club meet-ups, celebrations, or relaxed group events.

Both spaces can be tailored to suit your occasion, whether you’re planning a private party, team gathering, networking event, or community meet-up.

This is the best bar In Ponteland and the others don’t even come close.I have frequented this bar countless times since it has opened and what makes this bar outstanding is the staff.Firstly I would like to thank Josie as last weekend me and my good friend where here and I lost my phone but thanks to how professional and honest she is kept it behind the bar for me.Second of all I would like to say how great Ross, Eleanor and Josh are all of them are not just very talented bartenders but amongst the highest caliber of people .overall I can say with all honesty this establishment is great.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and excellent ales. I tried the Turkish breakfast, and it was really nice.

Staff are incredibly friendly, me and my friends came here and had a good game of darts (I didn't win so not that good) but a fantastic bar and would definitely recommend! Didn't have any food so can't comment

We hired the upstairs room for a private party and we're not disappointed. The whole team go out of their way to make sure you're happy and it goes without a hitch. Cannot recommend Station House enough...breakfast, cocktails (personal fave) or for the football, they go above and beyond. Love the place

Had an incredible lunch at the Station House. We had the BBQ loaded fries and hot honey chicken burger. Lots of options, great atmosphere and lovely staff. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in town!

I had my baby shower upstairs at The Station House and it was perfect from start to finish. The planning of the event with Joe & Claire was great, we had a couple of meetings to go through specific cocktails which were designed for my theme as well as how we could utilise the space of the room. On the day I was able to have early access so I could go in and do some DIY decorating which Claire very kindly helped me with. On arrival the team had pre poured our welcome drinks which was a great touch and the bar team were so efficient making drinks, as well as clearing up so the room always looked amazing.
After the event we didn’t want to leave, we went downstairs where some tables were reserved and met a few other people for drinks and stayed until closing. The music was fab, atmosphere and decor xx

I had the best grilled club sandwich I’ve ever had! The service and cleanliness is great. There’s large Photo Frame TVs on the wall to show the sport on. I’ll certainly be back!
